From October 10th, 2005 the following charges will apply for our Directory Information Services: -
- $1 for enquiries to 411 service for up to
two (2) local numbers
- $1 for enquiries to 711 service for an international number
These charges are applicable to calls made from residential and business fixed line phones, mobile phones and pay phones.
Residential fixed line customers receive 2 free calls per month to 411. Click for more >> |

Residential fixed line customers will receive two (2) free enquiries per month to the 411 local directory information service. Persons who are blind and have registered with any of the organisations listed below will receive four (4) free enquiries per month to the 411 local directory information service. These organisations are:
- The Barbados Council for the Disabled
- The Disabilities Unit
- The Association for the Blind and Deaf
- The National Insurance Department
In order to receive this benefit, agents acting on behalf of the blind persons, should contact the respective organisations above or visit our Cable & Wireless Office at Windsor Lodge to collect the Directory Information Service Form for Registering Blind Persons.
