Billing Information - How, When, Where, To Pay Your Bill
Charges for local services and equipment are billed one month in advance. Long distance and installation charges are billed after the event.
Your payment due date is on your bill. Your payment is considered past due if not paid by that date.
You may pay your bill at any of the following locations :
- any SurePay location
- any branch of Barbados National Bank
- any branch of Bank of Nova Scotia, or online via Internet Banking
- any branch of the Barbados Public Workers Co-operative Credit Union
- all FirstCaribbean Automatic Banking Machines (ABMs),
- any branch of the Barbados Post Office.

Errors On Your Bill
Check your bills for accuracy. You should review your bill for accuracy when you receive it. If you have any questions of find any discrepancies, please call us at 1-800-804-2994
If the error cannot be promptly resolved, please pay the undisputed charges on time so that you maintain a good payment record while the problem is being investigated. All queries should be made within 21 working days.
