Please review your bill each month and report discrepancies to us within three months of the billing period in which the discrepancy occurs.

Once an enquiry, request or complaint has been logged, the system will assign a permanent reference number and will thereafter be referred to as a query. You may request the query number for your reference. Your Customer Service Representative will give you an estimated resolution time and if necessary, will update you on the progress of the investigation. You will be advised of the results at the conclusion of the investigation.

You, our valued customer, are very important to us and we aim to resolve your queries in a timely and amicable manner. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the results of a query investigation, you may escalate the dispute to a supervisor or manager who will subsequently review the investigation and re-evaluate the situation. If you wish to make a written complaint, please address your letter to the Customer Service Manager at the above-mentioned mailing address.
