| Donald St. Clair Austin |

Donald Austin has been employed in telecommunications field for the past 22 years. He joined the Barbados Telephone Company, as it was then called, on January 1st, 1980 as a Junior Engineer and soon rose to the position of Senior Equipment Engineer - before making a bold career change to the field of Accounting.
After moving to a career in finance some 17 years ago, Mr. Austin has performed in many accounting managerial positions from Chief Accountant of Cable & Wireless BARTEL Limited to Financial Controller/Company Secretary not only in Barbados, but also in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Over the years, his career has taken him to other islands in the region as General Manager of the Cable & Wireless businesses in St. Vincent & the Grenadines and St. Lucia.
Mr. Austin is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School in the UK.
In his current role as President of Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited, he has full profit and loss accountability for the business, with primary responsibility for revenue generation, the identification of business opportunities and threats, customer services and stakeholder relations.
During the past 10 years, in a variety of management posts throughout the region, Mr. Austin has had the unique opportunity to combine his engineering skills with considerable experience and a wealth of knowledge in the finance field.
He is married with three children.
